Cancellations.

24 hours notice is required for treatment cancellation. A charge will be made for cancellations without adequate notice.

Doctors Consent.

You should be aware that certain conditions require the consent of your Doctor prior to treatment. In the event of this happening you will only be required to pay a consultation fee.

In cases of illness, pain or disease I must stress that you should always seek the advice of a Doctor. Complementary therapies are not intended to act as a replacement for orthodox medicine.

Purchases.

Payment by PayPal or cheque - with a completed order form. All prices include VAT.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. If you are paying by cheque allow time for this to clear.

Orders currently dispatched to UK only. For other countries e-mail for details.

Damages or shortages to your order must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.

Cancellation of an order that has been dispatched will be subject to a charge.
